SEA 1442-5 Maritime Tactical C3 Sub Program Sustainment Support
XKG is responsible for ILS activities associated with managing Defence capabilities in the sustainment and disposal phase of the Capability Life Cycle for SEA1442-5. As part of this engagement, XKG conducts the required ILS activities associated with MILIS, processing of Engineering Changes, and contract documentation (including deliverables).
Logistics Support to Clothing Systems Program Office (CLOSPO)
XKG provides MILIS subject matter expertise & project support services to Clothing SPO. This includes supporting the team in line with the SPO’s future supplier engagement model, identifying and developing the required conditions to be applied to the contract. XKG also oversaw development of a Strategic CLOSPO Roadmap and developed preliminary considerations for contract negotiation based on RFT responses, drafting preliminary decision documentation for Source Evaluation and Selection. XKG supports the CLOSPO ADF Uniform Program across planning, logistics support and introduction into service continuums. XKG utilised its deep Defence supply chain management expertise to accurately forecast sustainment requirements and provide a skills uplift to the CLOSPO Defence team.
Multi-Role Helicopter (MRH) Integrated Logistics Support
XKG provides Integrated Logistics Support management services to Army Aviation’s MRH Program office. This includes management of logistic activities for GMMS and CMMS warehousing and logistics support to units and suppliers. XKG has supported the MRH Project Office with ILS services during a period of high tempo across capability upgrades, introduction of new capability, transition activities and project management.
SmartBuyer Implementation for Land Systems Division Commodity Reform Program
XKG provided subject-matter expertise to reduce the cost of procuring approximately 70,000 commodity items, as well as the total cost of ownership for these products across the Defence supply chain. This program is enabled by 4th Party Logistics services to manage the acquisition, storage and distribution of commodities to Defence -driving efficiencies across the whole logistics network.
Supply Chain Optimisation for Joint Logistics Command with SAP
XKG has worked alongside JLC to deliver significant cost savings in its supply chain through the implementation of SAP to drive efficiencies in purchasing and distribution. These cost savings also came with significant improvements in customer service, accountability, and governance; and enabled enhanced reporting capabilities to ascertain real-time operational readiness.
Land 3025 Phase 1 Logistics Support Analysis
XKG provided project support including cataloguing and introduction into service. While also responding to emerging client needs from an Integrated Logistics Support perspective. This task involved analysing data, forecasting sustainment requirements and supporting procurement planning. XKG also prepared for ERP implementation including data cleansing, user awareness and reporting. XKG transacted in MILIS utilsing MILIS profile of Inventory Controller District, SPO Inventory Controller, Cataloguer, SCA Clerk and Warehouse Operator.
Integration and Codification for Information Assurance Systems Program Office (IASPO)
XKG supports the adoption of the ISREW-L System into MILIS, including codification of local and internationally sourced items under ITAR controls. XKG personnel are responsible for the building of the MILIS catalogue record for new items introduced into MILIS, including completing MILIS Problematic Items of Supply (PIOS) process.
ILS Project Management for Armored Capability
XKG is currently supporting Land Systems Division in the delivery of the Heavy Armored Capability System (HACS) ILS work package including liaison with external consultancy conducting work packages for the HACS Project, support to ILS closure tasks for L907-1, and ensuring that the external consultancy output conforms to the requirements and goals are set. This also includes developing market solicitation documentation including an ASDEFCON Request for Proposal and supporting review and reporting for ILS work packages.
Logistics Operations Support within Aerospace Material Systems Program Office (AMSPO)
XKG provides full-service logistics operations capabilities, including at operator levels. Its role within AMSPO (now ATACSPO) included inventory management services and is capable of autonomously delivering services seamlessly alongside other contracted and Defence personnel, including the prime contractor.
Defence Material Logistics Function Process Transformation
XKG led the strategy setting for the transformation of Defence’s Materiel Logistics Business Intelligence and Information Systems, including the integration with in-train Defence programs of Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Information Management.

LAND 125-4 provision of ILS support project outcomes
XKG is providing project management services to manage the introduction into services of assigned items. We consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timely transition to sustainment. with creation & upkeep of support technical artefacts such as CES, NTI, UHB and ILSI for IIS. We also assist the procurement manager with MILIS transactions for project managed equipment. The tasking involves codification and cataloguing of all components of the various systems being purchased by the project. As well as codifications of items as details in the CDATA provided by the various suppliers. Input of external purchase orders in MILIS using invoices provided by the various suppliers and to bring equipment to charge. Input of data into IMCAD to allow the appropriate management of equipment in MILIS. Conduct other project support activities as required by the PD, relevant PM or ILSM.
Logistics Support to Defence Deployed Networks
XKG is providing logistics management support to Army to ensure effective material management of ICT equipment in accordance with safehand procedures. XKG is responsible for support to management of the unit SCA as well as arranging movements of ICT equipment inclusive of safehand processes for domestic and international movements. This includesSCA management including auditing, reporting, storage and disposals; ICT Equipment movements via MILIS and other approved means; andEquipment management advice and support to organisational managers.
